About This Program
Merlin Media Magic is a professional video production company based in the United States. We send SMS messages to customers who explicitly opt in — covering order confirmations, project milestone updates, shipment notifications, and (separately) promotional announcements.

How Opt-In Works
We use two separate, independent checkboxes — both unchecked by default and entirely optional. You choose which type(s) of messages you want to receive:
These checkboxes appear on the account registration form at merlinmediamagic.com/register and in Account Settings → Preferences → SMS Notifications for existing users. Consent is never required to purchase or use our services.
Message Types & Frequency
Transactional
Order confirmations, shipment tracking updates, project milestone notifications, and portal file availability alerts. Sent only when a relevant event occurs — not on a fixed schedule.
Message frequency varies. We do not send daily bulk messages. Transactional messages are event-driven; promotional messages are infrequent.
Rates, Opt-Out & Help
Message & data rates may apply. Standard carrier messaging and data rates apply. Merlin Media Magic does not charge separately for SMS messages.
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also update preferences in Account Settings at any time.

Mobile Number Privacy
Mobile opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your phone number and consent status are used solely to deliver the messages you opted in to receive from Merlin Media Magic. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise disclose your mobile number to any third party for their own marketing or commercial messaging purposes.
Supported Carriers
AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other major U.S. carriers. Carrier support is not guaranteed for all carriers.
